I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with over 20 years of psychotherapy experience, offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, ADHD/ADD, neurodiversity, immigration-related stress, trauma, low motivation, relationship difficulties, panic attacks, and parenting challenges—including supporting parents of children with special needs. I also specialize in working with teens aged 15 and older.

I provide therapy in English, Russian, and Hebrew.

For teen clients, the first session is held with a parent or guardian, followed by individual sessions with the teen, helping create a safe and supportive space for everyone involved.

I am also the author of “An Angel Was Born in the Family, or The Grief Journey,” a compassionate book about the loss of a child. Its mission is to gently open conversation around this often unspoken and taboo experience, offering both personal stories and professional insight to support those navigating profound grief.

My approach is both compassionate and practical. I believe that healing happens in a space where you feel safe, accepted, and not judged. I offer a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly, at your own pace. Together, we will identify clear goals and use concrete tools and strategies to help you move through what may be holding you back and create meaningful, lasting change.
